Assurance Conditions
HUCA Electrical
Appliance Co., Ltd., supplies not
only sound HUCA electrical products
but the best technical service as
well. In
accordance with the concept
of
enthusiasm, consideration, and high
efficiency, in order that our
customers will feel relieved to buy
and use our products, we guarantee
as follows:
Ⅰ.
The period and scope of free repair:
1. 10 years for the electric
products; 5 years for the
illumination products; 5 years for
the warmer products.
2. The subjects under the scope of
free repair are the products
manufactured by our factory (not
including the illuminants).
3. If the quality problems are found
while the cartons is open, the free
replacement is within 15 days from
the purchasing day.
4. The same malfunction occurs after
one month from repair day, we will
repair it freely.
5. We are not responsible for the
malfunction results from that users
or sellers install any component by
themselves or any result from this
behavior.
6. We’re not responsible for the
malfunctions of the products for
discount, but the consumers are.
7. For the products not within the
scope of free repair, we will
provide with telephone and internet
support services.
Our technical service center will
charge some for certain materials
and services while these cases
existed are not within the scope of
free repair of HUCA Company as
follows (the details of the charge
standard could be inquired in the
service center):
1) The products or the components
beyond the period of free repair;
2) The products are not within the
scope of the free repair;
3) Malfunction resulted from unusual
voltage, false working
circumstances;
4) Malfunction resulted from falsely
working not according to the working
notebook;
5) Malfunction resulted from falsely
pulling out the plug while the power
is not cut off;
6) Malfunction resulted from the
transportation and the course of
loading and unloading;
7) Malfunction resulted from the
falsely operation of dismantling,
repairing, refitting without any
authority.
8) Malfunction resulted from falsely
operation not according to the right
way and attentions of the working
notebook.
9) Malfunction resulted from force
majeure (fire, earthquake).
Ⅱ.
The Way of Service:
1. Users could bring the malfunction
products directly to HUCA Company or
any grade of the service center to
have them repaired;
2. When users buy the products of
HUCA Company, the seller has the
obligation to help the users test
and explain.
Ⅲ.
As for the trouble components of the
products, HUCA Company retains the
right to replace them. While the
mentioned replacement happens, HUCA
Company has no obligation to use the
component which is equal to the
trouble one in every respect to
replace the trouble one. We could
assure the specification and
function of the replacing component
is the same as or equal to the
trouble one. The replacing component
is the property of the user, while
the trouble one is the property of
us after the replacement.
Ⅳ.
HUCA Company has arranged unit
insurance service in every technical
services department in order that
the users are convenient to insure
and repair.
Ⅴ.
Users should offer the purchase
invoice while receiving the repair
service. If not available, we have
the right to deal with as not within
the period of free repair.
Ⅵ.
HUCA Company does not assure that
our products are fit for any
specific using purpose. If users
have any special demands, please
inquire us in advance.
Ⅶ.
This Free Repair Acceptance is only
for the repairing of malfunction
products of HUCA. It is out of the
scope of free repair as any direct
or indirect loss resulted from the
malfunction. (it is stipulated
clearly in our national laws, we’ll
strictly conform to the stipulations
in it.)
Ⅷ.
If any dispute of the reason of
malfunction exists, user could apply
for the test and examination with
the quality inspection department
which is accepted by both parts. Any
responsibility subject to the
inspect result of the inspection by
this department, any fee resulted
from the malfunction are for the
troublemaker.
Ⅸ.
All the acceptances mentioned above
are fit for any common consumer. As
for the contracted user company,
line user, all the rights and
obligation are carried out according
to the signed contract.
